Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, when a baby's legs are curled up against his torso and hard to measure, measurements are taken from the top of his head to his bottom — the "crown to rump" measurement. After 20 weeks, he's measured from head to toe.)

We're halfway there! In less than a week, we should know whether we're having a son or a daughter! :)
This baby is kicking more everyday! Just a few short months ago, I thought I would probably never feel a baby kick inside me again. I feel so blessed to feel every nudge, punch, kick, and twist. I am definitely savoring every moment of this pregnancy...heartburn and all.
We have names picked out for a boy and a girl. Now we are just waiting to find out which name we will use. We haven't decided when we will share baby's name, but we will definitely be sharing the gender news! Only 5 more days!
