I am so excited and THRILLED right now! There is another family on our adoption forum who sent their dossier to Ethiopia on the same day as we did. We knew that more referrals would be coming soon, and they got their referral TODAY!!!! A precious, 16 month old boy!
I'm feeling so conflicted because our adoption process is on hold. It's hard realizing that we could have also gotten that long awaited call today, and have been matched with our little girl. I know that we'll be matched with our daughter when the timing is right, and I'm SO HAPPY to be so close to giving birth to our son very soon. (I'm 1-2 cm dilated, and 50% effaced!!) But I also have our daughter on my mind, and still want to bring her home as soon as we can. It's a very emotional time!
After 3 miscarriages, I'm feeling so BLESSED to be in this situation. I'm just really anxious to start my life as a mother of 3. I want my kids home!!!!!
